Vintage green plastic Armored Backpack With Speed Fins / Anti-Foot Blasters is in overall good condition with slight wear.
Both two (x2) Control Handles are intact and in good condition.
All four (x4) attachment slits for parachute strings (not included) are intact and functional with slight wear.
Both two (x2) metal axles connecting Speed Fins are intact and functional.
Both two (x2) original tan rubber bands are attached, but one (x1) is broken and the other is stretched.

Needs two (x2) replacement rubber bands to activate Speed Fins to Anti-Foot Blasters transformation action.

All four (x4) original Speed Fins stickers are attached; three (x3) are in good condition with slight wear; one (x1) is in acceptable condition with damage.
All four (x4) original Anti-Foot Blasters stickers are attached; two (x2) are in good condition with slight wear; two (x2) are in acceptable condition with damage.

Measures approximately 6 inches x 3 inches x 2 3/4 inches with Speed Fins facing forward.
